  Yes, I recreate this project many times. I tried use Firebird and MSSQL 2005 for tests and this problem occur in both. I don't know to do.

  I trying consume a RSS using RSSFeed control. FEED: http://oglobo.globo.com/rss/plantaoeconomia.xml If I paste URL in my browser, it's works corretly. But when I run my website, I receive a error message. If I run my website in IIS, I receive the following error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. If I run my website in ASP.NET Development Server, I receive the following error: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
