Re: Using Host Headers to map multiple websites
Hello, If you ping your domains, do you get a response? Is it the correct IP? Sometimes it takes a while for the DNS to get into sync, that might be it. But if the ping responds with the correct IP then it shoyld be something at your location.... Do you have your webserver behind any kind of firewall? Cheers! /Eskil

Re: Get new PK from Insert
Hello, Even though you might get an answer that's 100% correct from your post, it's always easier to get people to respond to your questions when you paste code. This way it's easy to see where it's going wrong and give pointers. Since it's usually 2 or 3 lines that are malformed, or perhaps only one it's usually easier to take it from there. Or the basics: SET NOCOUNT ON INSERT INTO MyTable (MyData) VALUES(1) SELECT SCOPE_IDENTITY() Cheers! /Eskil

Re: Specify hour with datediff?
Hello, Perhaps something like acct_banktran.eff_date>"2010-01-01 16:14:00" AND acct_banktran.eff_date<"2010-01-01 16:16:00" Datediffing this would be tricky, in combination with datepart it could work a bit smoother....but hey SQL is not my string side. Cheers! /Eskil

Re: Using Host Headers to map multiple websites
Hello, I don't know if the specified Ip is external, but from the looks of it, it might be internal. It doesn't have to be the Ip you see if you surf to: http://www.whatismyip.com/ , but it might be. Most probalby the Ip from whatsmyip will be rather close to your webserver Ip. That might also be the reason it's working internally. I understand in your website/webapp you have a look at what the Url is, and load the info according to that? The website is basically the same, although the

Custom templates XML-files
Hello, Having some problems deploying custom templates and since Excel templates also show in Word. If I understood the instructions correctly the XML files that point towards the templates should be formatted in the following manner: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?> - <o:featuredcontent lcid="1053" xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"> - <o:application id="WD"> - <o:featuredtemplates startdate="2009-01

Re: Client side for MOSS (Share point) application
Hello, This depends on where you want the js code. If you push it from application pages, then you can use it as you always do. If you plan to use it in Wikis just inserting your code it would be a bit different. So, please explain where the base for your js would be. Cheers! /Eskil

Re: Client side for MOSS (Share point) application
Hello, Wikis is a function in Sharepoint that let's you create pages on your own, or let's any user create pages like manuals and so forth. I'm guessing you won't do it this way, but can't be sure either. If thats' the case let me know. How are you going tu publish your application to Sharepoint? As a feature or through application pages? If you're going to do it through application pages, then you can use almost as on a "normal" website. http://support.microsoft
