OK, so what do you propose? I'm reasonable. (and if you want to take this off-line, just send me an email to the account registered on your site and we can take it from there) BTW: Glad to hear that you're still alive ;-)

Re: unauthorized PayPal charge from TrainCert and still no access to videos?
Here's how I see things unfolding ... 1. A refund is issued to the account. (I will forward you my username info via the traincert.net site, however, if you weren't able to get it before .... the email used: train.cert at smsolutions.com ). This because the charge was unauthorized and went completely against your own stated policy. When this is done I will close the dispute at PayPal. 2. Full access to the videos for a 1 yr term, ie, an extension of what I should have been entitled to by virtue of

Re: unauthorized PayPal charge from TrainCert and still no access to videos?
Unfortunately I haven't heard back from them either. I think it's only fair to have them explain themselves and correct things, then again I can only wait for so long. If I don't hear from them by mid week I'll follow up with PayPal and tell them that it was an unauthorized transaction - heck it clearly states on their website "no recurring charges" and have PayPal CR me the balance. It'll put a scar on their account ... but what else can I do if they don't get back to me :( Too bad, it looked like

unauthorized PayPal charge from TrainCert and still no access to videos?
Here's a question to all of you... Has anyone else seen a PayPal Pre Approved Payments go through from TrainCert lately? I know that the site says that .. "Payments are non-recurring . You are only charged once. The subscription is not automatically renewed. " ... yet my paypal account was charged for another year's subscription anyways. AND to top it all off, I still don't have access to the downloads. PayPal has been made aware of the situation and is awaiting my direction for any future actions

Re: New DNN 3.1.0 Install -- Missing Modules (including Text/HTML!)
We had a conversation with Shaun Walker on this topic a few days ago and here is his feedback on it. Almost immediately after we forwarded this information to our hosting provider, Jodohost, the problem 'took care of itself'. Were not exactly sure what was done, if anything, however, everything now seems to work exactly as expected. - Mark I believe the root of your problem is this error ( which shows up in your Log over and over again ): Policy not being applied to reference at this time (private

Re: New DNN 3.1.0 Install -- Missing Modules (including Text/HTML!)
Have you noticed any other strange behaviour on any of these installs? What I have noticed is that as more and more modules and content are added then things start to go 'flaky', i.e., setting of permissions by security roles (when there are more than 10-15 roles defined) don't seem to stick to either modules or tabs after an Update is applied ( Newly set permissions not being retained in 3.1.1 modules and tabs - http://forums.asp.net/1061460/ShowPost.aspx ) or large HTML/TEXT modules (i.e., >2k

Everything to me is pointing to the H-Sphere CP. We have placed a support ticket with H-Sphere and will provide that info here as it unfolds. - Mark

Re: running DNN on H-Sphere? Feasible or not?
As it stands at the moment this is a 'clean' (ie DNN reports it as an error-less) install. Although modules are missing, General Exceptions were found, etc...

The first General Exception always seems to be ...
