• How do I add changes to a deployed web application without re-deploying a new web application

  I recently built a setup project in VS. I deployed the project to my production web server. Later, I made some changes to a few aspx.vb pages. My question is: How do I add those changes to the production web site WITHOUT building another setup project and re-deploying the entire web site. I tried to copy the new <webapplication.dll> to the production server. I got an error. I made no changes to the .aspx pages. I later created a completely new setup project, then it worked.

• Can I access webservice public members from within a aspx.vb page

  I have a webservice that contains public members. I created an instance of the webservice class in my aspx.vb code BUT intellisense does not expose my public members. Is this functionality possible? Do I have to pass my variables via a function/procedure from within my aspx.vb page?

• Webform Button_Click event Does Not produce output

  I have a ASP.NET question. I am testing a small asp.net application on a web server located in our dmz. This web server has the .NET Framework 1.1 installed on it. The folder on the web server has two files in it: (1) webform1.aspx (2) webform.aspx.vb The webform has few a textboxes and a button on it. PROBLEM: The webform renders correctly in the web browser. However, when I click the button, the form refreshes but no action in button1_click event occurs. WHY? I have tried things a simple as: textbox1
