DNN3 (Urgent): which skin is used for Login, privacy and terms pages?
Hi, I am having trouble locating the right skin for Login, privacy, terms pages. In DNN2, they use admin skin. In DNN3, I noticed they don't use admin skin anymore, instead, they just follow whichever page skin where they are being clicked through. Is this true?! How do I determine my own skin for Login, privacy, terms pages? Any help will be very much appreciated! yiyi

Re: Why does skin no longer process ascx and css files?
mrswoop - Maybe this is something should be included in the skinning documentation? I did not see it there.

Re: New Gallery Module: skinning help needed
Thanks for the reply. But wow, does that mean if I change the thumbnail page layout - for example, the padding/margin between/within the thumbnails - I will have to change the vb source code file (EditSkins.ascx.vb) and recompile the module? Please confirm. Thanks, yiyi

New Gallery Module: skinning help needed
Maybe I missed something... skinning the new gallery module seems to be very difficult. I wonder if there is any more detailed info available about this module. I think this module is very powerful and the fact that I can set up my own skin for this module is great. I can figure out how to skin most of the content within this module. But to figure out some other stuff really became a big deal to me. For example, I've been trying to find out how to style rowContent and celcontent for the thumbnail

Re: dnn3: questions for skinobject css class and <%= SkinPath %> image path
Now I know how to use <%= SkinPath %>. Thanks for the explanation. But how about skinobject css class? I did read the skinning doc but couldn't find the answer. Maybe I missed something? I assumed that .skinobject can style all the skin objects related classes... I tried but nothing happened... holger: I use dreamweaver as the editor... but mostly I just hand code... yiyi

dnn3: questions for skinobject css class and <%= SkinPath %> image path
Hi, 1. I noticed that there is a new css class called skinobject and would like to know what is the best practice for that. 2. I also noticed that <%= SkinPath %> has been widely used in those sample skins that come with dnn3. Why is that? Thanks! yiyi

Re: webhost4life: backup and restore database problems
You go to webhost4life -> under control panel -> Site Security -> File Permission -> choose your folder -> Edit -> give full permission to for example, network service like Pk mentioned, or whatever else. yiyi
