Expanding a drill down report
I have created a drill down report in local mode using MS reporting in visual studio 2008 with two levels of grouping. Is there any way I can allow the user to expand the entire report with one click? Thanks for any suggestions. Ken McLean

Dynamically changing report viewer data source in VS Studio 2008 rdlc report
I have an application where I want the user to select the report to be displayed by a report viewer control at run-time using a radio button list control to make the selection. I tried the following code which produces no error messages but the reports do not render. The two separate report definitions and ther resepective data sets render OK when I hard-code them. Can anyone tell me how to get this dynamic feature to work? Thanks. Protected Sub radioButtonList1_SelectedIndexChanged(ByVal sender

Adding Binary Data To A SQLServer Database through an Access front-end
I have a VB 2008 web application that displays employee records in a gridview control. One of the columns in the gridview displays a picture of the employee which I would like to store in and retrieve directly from the database. I am using a separate aspx page to serve as an image handler that retrieves the picture from the database and writes it to the application using the Response.BinaryWrite method. The pictures are displayed correctly when I use a web-based interface to upload the images to

Re: Printing Modal Popup Content
Sean, Never mind my last reply. I changed the print statement from 'printContent.innerHTML' to 'printContent.outerHTML' and it correctly printed the rows and columns of the table with all formatting preserved. Thanks for the tip. Ken McLean

Re: Printing Modal Popup Content
Sean, Thanks for your example. I fed the function the name of my table and it sort of worked but all the content printed out in a single column. I need to format the output into the rows and columns represented by the cells of the table. Any idea as to how I might go about this? I am primarily a server-side programmer and I am not too familar with Java Script. Thanks again for your help. Ken McLean

Printing Modal Popup Content
I am using an AJAX modal popup extender in my application and I need to enable end users to print the content of the popup. The print button on the browser toolbar only prints the underlying page. Can anyone suggest how I might go about adding this functionality? Thanks for your help. Ken McLean

Re: Modal Popups that exceed the page
Aaron, Thanks for the tip. The overflow: scroll attribute gave me what I needed. The solution can also work in IE6 if you substitute a fixed height for the max-height attribute. Ken McLean
