• Server Application Unavailable

  When I setup the ASP.NET SDK on IIS 5.1, when I run an .aspx script, it says Server Application Unavailable The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request. I'm new to ASP.NET so I have no idea how to fix this.
