  What's the status? - the public page for this at http://www.activeinetservices.net/Default.aspx?tabid=43 refers to a version 2 "on Schedule to be released this month (June)" .. there is a file posted in Feb 2005 but not clear what is in it or what the support is - no release notes that I noticed. If this is to be the open source DNN future ecommerce then why not open source on sourceforge or whatever and get help fixing it up?

  javascript may be overkill: paypal links don't have to be submitted as a form, they work just as well using a get rather than post, ie you can construct as a simple hyperlink, just add all the form fields to the url...

  Yes, there seems to have been a DNS issue at the ISP in the afternoon (UK time), all was resolved by 5pm UK time. Server was working fine, and all sites have backup, test and dev environments for testing new modules etc, but we're all only as reliable as our ISPs or the telecom companies I suppose :)

  Richard at ByDesignWebsites has worked miracles with PortalStore since taking it over in December and is extremely responsive to requests for help. He has forums on it on dotnetnuke-modules.com. In my view the previous versions of PortalStore are pretty much unusable (barely believable given the high version number - I can't imagine why he took it on!), however the latest versions are now usable, and in English for the non-German speakers amongst us :) The skinning engine seems pretty good, though

  That doesn't seem like an answer - anything you put in for search engine optimisation you would also want to appear in the DNN search! The solution should be relatively simple but unfortunately a core mod though - anyone?

  The Search feature doesn't seem to be searching in page keywords - or page name or description or title for that matter. Or module title. It seems to be working for module content, just the page and module settings I am having trouble with. Is this really the case? or am I missing something. thanks, Jonathan
