Re: Any problem upgrading from 3.1.1 to 3.2.2 directly?
At first I thought it was a skins upload permissions. But this all happens when I am logged in as host. Child portals don't show skin menu options; But the 0 portal does as well as all newly created child portals. A quick scan of the database shows that no "admni skin" page was created for these child portals while upgrading the whole DNN installation.

Re: Performance in 3.2.2
I've had issues when my SQL log files gets oversized... it will crash your entire installation ... at least it does on my server. Good luck! Also, it doesn't hurt to reboot your server every once in a while. I have a website with almost 400-500 pages, and that sql log file was enormous!

That took care of my issue. But I have noticed that there are options missing under my admin menu for child portals... for example, the "skins" option doesn't appear under the admin menu! Any thoughts?

Re: Spontaneous Logout
I have a production server running Windows 2000 and SQL Server 2000, all installations are running DotNetNuke 3.2.2; One of the DNN installations spontaneous logs out User A, but another DNN installation with the same configurations does not log out User A. When I log into the server, as host or administrator, to recreate the same problem, it doesn't log me out... everythings works like a charm. Nor does it log me out using User A's credentials. I do hope this gets resolved sometime soon. I went

Re: Any problem upgrading from 3.1.1 to 3.2.2 directly?
I will check out your video, and have found other items on your website extremely helpful. My remaining 3.2.2 upgrade issue is that whenever I try to log in, it rejects my user credentials for all users. A "password is case sensitive" error message keeps appearing.

Re: Any problem upgrading from 3.1.1 to 3.2.2 directly?
Okay, Using the new release.config file fixed my issues. I didn't realize for a minor release that much of anything had changed in that web.config file. Thanks for the help!

Re: Any problem upgrading from 3.1.1 to 3.2.2 directly?
I think I may have tried to reuse my 3.1.1 web config file. Is there that much difference between it and 3.2.2? Let me get back to you guys. The error messages I received were very ambiguous. Let me check back in after I try another upgrade and give you guys the specifics.

I love the confidence... but I had major problems trying to do the same thing. I am still in 3.1.1 until I figure out how to resolve the issues.

Re: how to detach a single portal
When you go to reimport the template XML file into a DNN installation... where must the file be located? Should it go into the host root?

Re: "move to top pane" etc. links just dont work!
We have a windows 2000 professional machine that has the same types of behavior. When that machine logs into a DNN website, the solpart menu doesn't appear. Strangely, it leaves items off of reports and other strange things whereas other computers in the office using same software/versions do not.
