  • Buggy behavior of CheckBoxes

Dear Online AJAX Experts: Please evaluate the behavior of checkboxes in the following URL: http://61.213.111.7:808/msdn/ Explanation: When you click either of CheckBox placed for day of week, week or month, each CheckBox on days should correspond to the clicking operation, as the yellow background color DOES indicate. However, check marks on the days' CheckBox do NOT always correspond to it. I'm using March 2007 CTP version of the library. Microsoft technical support cannot give me any support because

  • Re: 'Sys' is undefined.

    I experienced the same problem. Now, as far as my case is concerned, the replacement of <system.webServer /> can solve the problem. My environment is Windows Vista + (VS2005+SP1). BEFORE <system.webServer> <validation validateIntegratedModeConfiguration="false"/> <modules> <add name="ScriptModule" preCondition="integratedMode" type="System.Web.Handlers.ScriptModule, System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35"/> </modules>
  • Re: 404.7 AJAX Sample Contacts on Vista

The reason why I added .master extension is because default.master does not work due to 404.7 and while IIS 6.0 has the extension added as a default, IIS 7.0 does not. But the result remains the same whether the extension is added or not under IIS 7.0. I know the existence of the files *.aspx, each of which is anyway displayed when it's clicked but I assume clicking each file one by one is not what the sample creator expected you to do. The sample program should first start default.master, shouldn
  • 404.7 AJAX Sample Contacts on Vista

Is the Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX still under beta testing status at this time of the day? It's too hard to to regard it as a retail version. What the hell the inconsistent and inconvenient installation methods?! Who the hell permitted to release it?! Is that you Scott? Or Brian? My environment is Vista+(VS2005+SP1). The ASP.NET AJAX Sample Applications I downloaded and installed contains v1.0.61025\Contacts. That sample application does NOT work at all on Windows Vista. IIS 7.0 does not have .master

  • Re: ScriptModule Loading Error

Thank you for your reply, Luis Abreu. I tried this or that and as a result, I gave it up and uninstalled all. My conclusion is that the samples are obsolete already and does not match my upto-date development environment of VS2005+.NET3.0+WSE3.0. I was not able to find "Microsoft.Web.Services.BridgeBuildProvider", "Microsoft.Web.Services.ScriptModule" and "Microsoft.Web.Services.Bridge..." while my environment has "Microsoft.Web.Services3". Is this ATLAS project
  • Re: ScriptModule Loading Error

Hello, Luis Abreu. I'm facing the exactly same problem as of takobell's. I'd like you to tell me what and how you install the samples since I guess that yours works fine. By default, "AtlasSamples.msi" installs the samples under C:\Program Files\Microsoft ASP.NET. Is that right? My setup procedures were like this:- 1) Set the folder to a web sharing in order to create a virtual directory named Microsoft ASP.NET, 2) Clicked "Create" button several times under IIS Manager
