  Thanks for the reply and giving us this useful link However, I dont want to disable Excel, (infact, I would love to have as many extentions as possible) but I want to save extra click for the user. Most of the times, my user needs .pdf file so I would like to have .pdf (Acrobat pdf File) extension selected in the dropdownbox. This is also useful for such neive users who dont know, that they are suppose to select the format before pressing the export button (which is disabled by default) I would also

  Hi, I wish to set the Export Option of ReportViewer to PDF, so that in the Export DropDownBox, by default, "Acrobat Reader (PDF)" is selected and user just have to press the Export LinkButton without having to select any option to Export (currently there is nothing selected in Export DropDownBox and it says "Select Export Option" with Export LinkButton disabled ) Also, how do I prevent Excel Export in the Report ?   I have been trying to use the AjaxControlToolkit Components in DotNetNuke Module. However, they dont work perfectly under DNN, but works ok when tested stand alone. The position of the Calendar popup, ValidatorExtendor etc are messed up, when the scrollbars are not at top and left. • Is it "yet-another-new-framework" ?

  I have read this new MVC Framework. Currently, we are working on DotNetNuke , an Application Framework derived from MS "IBuySpy" Starter kit. Is this new MVC Framework, a "yet-another-new-framework" ? Will it support Module development ? like that of DotNetNuke In what scenario one should move to this Framework ?

  Right, but the problem is, I wish to pass the url to the ModalDialog Page. Infact I have a gridview, where I am displaying the records and I have an Edit Icon Hyperlink, clicking on it I wish to open the EditForm in Modal Window, passing the Id of the record, so that the User can edit that page in Modal Window something like http://www.mysite.com/editform.aspx?ItemId=2&editype=category

  I wish to open a new WebPage in Modal form, something like window. showModalDialog ('http://www.mywebsite.com/default.aspx') I wish to open this page in a Modal window and also need a callbackfunction, which would get executed when the Dialog box closes. Can I use AJAX ModalPopup ? how If not, how do i do it reliably ? ( window. showModalDialog works fine, but only in IE, not in FireFox or Opera)

  I have been using the DataList, in my projects, especially when I need multi-column display ( I display thumbnail of the Products in Columns x Rows format) I would love to use the DataPager, since Paging is the only missing part in DataList, for real great use. Do you mean, the DataPager, currently cannot be used with DataList ? If no, when would it be enabled ?
