Re: The status code returned from the server was: 12031
Hardik, have you checked the size of the view state using fiddler or something like fiddler. We have seen this error when attempting to make large posts, I am wondering if over time your view state is growing on each timer post back, and eventually it is getting too large for the servers request size limit. Special Char Codes In HTML Title tag are still getting re-encoded on server round trips.
Basicly if I have a special char in my title tag, and I click a button in an update panel upon the re-partial render the title of my page changes from test & test to test & test Just an FYI I am sure this has probably already been reported, the problem I have is that every where I look it says it was fixed after the july CTP, but it is still happening, on every full release install I have used. -Adam

Re: Firewall blocking Atlas somehow
This problem Is bigger than just atlas, it is happening to us on ajax.net as well, and it unfortunatly is not fixed by fixing the header response type, This seems to be a watchguard problem. The watchguard firewall is blocking Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 responses and requests as well, so fixing the content type, does not seem like it is going to solve the problem either. One thing we have not tried is text/javascript but I don't think the firewall should not be messing with text/plain

Re: Atlas TextBox
The same fix will cover flash and other active content, in IE, however in firefox if there is movment, on your active content it will redraw the active content over the covered area untill you cause the document to redraw. ie: alt - tabing back and forth. can anyone say annoying :) Just a heads up. -Adam
