  qsnow, I got the very same setup and issues. One install in one app pool and a fresh install and it's slow and I get errors just clicking around. I hope to have this solved soon :(

  I seem to have the same issue. But interestingly, I have another web app running on .net 2.0 and it has the same problem, which makes me wonder actually wonder whether it's a DNN issue or a asp.net/IIS problem. Any ideas?

  Actually, according to dnn-modules.com you do still need the 3rd party control .netShip if you want to pull real-time rates. But I just learned today that .netShip has dropped support for UPS, which means as far as I know there is currently no way to get real-time UPS rates into PortalStore. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
