  OK!!!! thank you all!!!! I found it! It was my fault... :...( I've changed my web site root directory from c:\Inetpub\wwwroot to c:\MyWebDirectory so when I installed IE Web Controls I'd had to copy webctrl_client in the latter o and not in the former one! Ok, now all works right!
