  your close but FindControl returns a Control not a Label, you need to just add a cast. Label myLabel = ( Label )Page.FindControl( "wzdFW$HeaderContainer$LabelHead" ); and you should check to see if it found it too, unless you want an error if(myLabel != null) { myLabel.Text = "hello world"; }

• ModalPopup and Wizard control

  Im trying to get a wizard control to work within a modalpopup. The Wizard and UpdatePanel works great when outside of the modal, but within it, no information is saved from what the users enters in the controls such as info1 in the example below. It just gets lost. Am I correct in thinking it has something to do with this thread http://forums.asp.net/3/1277351/ShowThread.aspx ? • ASP.NET 2.0 Web App with SQL 2k db use SRS2005?

  Ok because I cant seem to find the answer anywhere else Ill just go ahead and ask it. Can I install SQL Reporting Services 2005 and have create reports from a SQL Server 2000 database or does it completely require SQL Server 2005 ? The reason for this is that we have created multiple ASP.NET 2.0 web applications and would now like to implement SRS 2005, but the database we've used is on SQL Server 2000. Is it possible ?

  Can you install SRS 2005 on SQL Server 2000 ? or does it even matter ? Im new to SRS and trying to figure out what version I need for an ASP.NET 2.0 web app that uses SQL Server 2000 as the backend.
