  you will need to log on as Host and navigate to the host settings. In the sections Advanced Settings / Other Settings is a section that allows you to extend file types to be uploaded " File Upload Extensions ". the XLS extension is current in that list. To upload the file. Navigate to the File Manager and on the modules tool bar you will see an Upload option. Click this and follow the prompts.
