  Has anyone found a way of getting the photo ablum to work within medium trust level hosting. An error is return when trying to view a image using domain/Handler.ashx?PhotoID=1&Size=S is System.Security.SecurityException: Request for the permission of type 'System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed.   Hello Jaap, You dont need the web.config from the zip file, cureent web.config is fine. Sorry dont have time today to look at the other problems, but do you get any error messages? If you put an image in the upload folder and then use import, what happens?

  Thanks for the update, Let see if we can clear this up. Guess you should change you database password or is this a dummy value? With the new config inplace, can you make a change to the Register.aspx change DisableCreatedUser="True" to DisableCreatedUser="false" This will allow you to setup a new user with the Isapproved status set to true. This data is held in the table aspnet_Memebership So once you make the change to register.aspx upload it to your hosting account. Then create

  Ok can you add this to the web.config please between the </membership> <authentication mode="Forms"> <forms loginUrl="Default.aspx" protection="Validation" timeout="300" /> </authentication> And <authorization> and then try again with the user. Just taking a good look at the picture now.

  You can add a machinekey, to do so goto http://www.aspnetresources.com/tools/keycreator.aspx press the generate button and paste the string into your web.config.
