Re: DNN 4.0 Module upload issue
Same thing here when installing either my "New Install" version of the Weather module, or when trying to install the DotNetNuke Forums module. The server is my 2003 development server, which didn't have any prerelease version of asp.net 2.0 installed, only the final version released a couple days ago.

Weather Module for DNN v3.2
I've updated the zip files on my website to support DNN v3.2, I haven't had the time to setup a v4 instance to test them yet. The only change is in the Locale detection, DNN v3.2 didn't populate the UserInfo.Profile.PreferredLocale as v3.1 was. Anyways, you can download the files from my website . If you're already installed my module before please use the upgrade version , it will save tons of uploading as the images are removed from the upgrade package!

Re: TimeTracker for DNN3.x
I've been slowly working on my own port of the StarterKit for my company. It's almost fully functional, and after it is I'll be posting it on my site for free. However, I won't have any time to work on it for the next 3 weeks (other deadlines)

Re: Installing a Custom Module creates an extra folder.
I'm not aware of any settings which change the paths for installed modules. However, you might want to try to delete the module completely and re-install it from scratch. Also, after you've deleted it from DotNetNuke check your folder structure to make sure the folder was deleted. Then try to re-install the modified PA with the change you made to the .dnn file.

Re: TTT Authentication Module question
Oops, Looks like I missed a sentence when I was reading that post. I'd love to see your changes, I can probably merge them with mine (if nothing overlaps) and send the updated version to Tam. Also, I'm pretty sure Tam's provider will be the base for the 3.2 release. Just click the email button on my post, and I'll respond ASAP so you can send the attachment.

Re: Installing a Custom Module creates an extra folder.
I think the problem is the <friendlyname>StudentInfo</friendlyname>, try to set both of these to the same value included in this tag <name>AMP-StudentInfo</name> So either go with StudentInfo or AMP-StudentInfo, I'm not positive if you can use 2 different names, all my stuff uses just one and I haven't seen this issues yet. Let me know!

Re: TTT Authentication Module question
I am in the Authentication Sub-Project and all my changes should be in the next version. Things I've added, all have extra checkboxes in the settings control... Trim of domainname from the UserName Sync Password Sync Profile Sync AD User Properties (manager, department, homeDirectory, etc..) to the DNN User Personalization Delete Security roles from DNN if they've been removed from the user account in AD IPRange for Automatic user signin IE check for Automatic user signin Plus I've fixed just about

Re: TTT Authentication Module question
The next version fixes a lot of this stuff, I'm been working on bug fixes in the Authentication module for DNN3 for the past month, plus I've managed to get a few new features setup.

magicHyperRedirect conversion SQL Script for DNN3.x
Here is a pretty simple SQL script which will take all your magicHyperRedirect modules, and store the exturl setting into the Tabs URL column. It doesn't do anything to support tokens in the redirect url, but for my portal I didn't use any of those features. This script also doesn't delete the old module after it's updated. but the redirect will work via the menu now. The script also checks for the values 'http://dev.yourdomain.us' and ' http://www.yourdomain.us' and trims them off the @SettingValue

Re: Weather Module (v1.5) for DNN 3.1.0
kmtharakan wrote: Which localized value would I change to alter the point size of the text in the module? (I looked thorugh all of them, but wasn't able to find a specific one.) The module uses the default CSS property "Normal" for text sizes. You'll need to update your stylesheet and increase the Normal font-size. This will also change ALL the text on your website, not just my weather module. If this is something a lot of people would like changed, I can update the next version to use a new CSS
