  I am assuming you have added the group to the veiw and edit module under settings. Once you do that. make sure your aspnet account has permissions to the folder to write. Thats all that is nessesary. Just click add file, give it a name, browse to the file you want click the Add file link next to it and then upload.

  Nevermind. found the issue. It was an ACL on the gallery folder that i mised. Need more caffine when I do these sort of things.

• Portal restore an gallery issue

  Win 2k3 Server, SQl 2000 Ent sp4 Dnn 3013, gallery 30010beta. All was working prior to rebuild. I had to rebuild my server yesterday due to some issues. I took a ghost of the partition holding the DNN install and did a backup of the datebase, saving the db to different machine. I rebuilt the server fresh and installed the SQL portion. I then created a new Dotnetnuke db and restored from the backup file. I then restored the ghosted partion back to the server, redid the permissions and then started

  I get two general exception log entries every 4 mins and cant nail it down. I was an upgrade from 212 but the non core modules were deleted prior to upgrade.Any clues?   I want to rebuild my server and keep the old version 2.12 up and running while I build a new site with 3.x. Currently I have SQL2000 running but want to move to msde instead for machine performance. I hear dbs between the two version are not compatible nor is importing data easy. What needs to happen in order for me to do this? process #1 I was thinking of exporting the db to a backup and on the rebuild import it somehow to the msde. then copy the 212 code onto the machine and point to the DB and
