Problem with the checkbox event

I'm tring to cascase the sons of the selected checkbox, very similar to what the code above should do, but I can't fire the onCheck event from some reason. I've copied the script for the onCheck, but nothing happens.
May someone that got it to work send me the file ? or post here the solution to my problam ?

The code ( the tree id - "tree_mailing_lists" )

Anyone get this to work with IE5? I get an "object doesn't support this property or method" error on the following call (within TreeView_Setup):

TreeView_SetInitCheckedNodes(objTreeView.getChildren());

Does this only work on IE6+?

BUG :
There is a problem if the same checkbox Is checked/unchecked repeatedly
for eg say a checkbox is initially checked and then checked/unchecked and checked and again unchecked, it will still have InitChecked attribute as true
