I found it!
It was my fault... :...(
I've changed my web site root directory from c:\Inetpub\wwwroot to c:\MyWebDirectory so when I installed IE Web Controls I'd had to copy webctrl_client in the latter o and not in the former one!

Ok, now all works right!

Re: Tabstrip/multipage problem

I solved it by following the advice of one of the postings - I copied the aspnet_client folder into my web. If you haven't got a copy of the folder on your web server, maybe the web controls installation was faulty.

Once this folder was placed in the web structure the tab control worked perfectly and I never give it another thought!

Re: Tabstrip/multipage problem

The only time I had a similar problem was when I failed to move over the 'webctrl_client' folder to the root of the webserver. I hope I'm interpreting your problem correctly.

Re: Tabstrip/multipage problem

I've got the same problem and I don't know why?
It seems very ..., I don't wanna be rude :)

Please, help us! I'd tried all the solutions mentioned in this forum but all without results...

Tabstrip/multipage problem

I see other people have had problems with the above but I don't see a definitive solution yet.

I have IE webcontrols installed on three servers, including my localhost machine. If I browse the page on my remote server with IE 6 installed on the server, I can only see the tabs properly if I use IE 5 on the browser. If I use IE 6 then it just displays plain text with each page's contents appearing in one continuous stream.

If I browse the same page on my localhost (IE 6) it appears fine.

On another remote server, I have IE 5 installed and I can view the tabstrip fine with IE 6. Could it be a settings problem or a browser clash? Has anyone had the same problem and come up with a solution apart from buying a component?
