Seeing as how the problem only occurs with the admin user, I'd say you to examine that user carefully. The error message seems to indicate a "path too long" error, which is a system.IO error. Perhaps you have a icon or avatar somehow associated with the admin that is causing a problem? Or some kind of signature? Whatever it is, it is likely an external file that is being referenced. I don't know the forums module well, so sorry if my answer isn't detailed, I'm just grasping at straws, and hoping maybe I thought of something that maybe you forgot to check.
