Rodney, please use the forums on dotnetnuke.com for module specific questions. I frequent those forums more than this one because they are more organized for the seperate projects.
As for your error, I have never seen this one and I am testing the forums in several different enviroments including Webfarms running under MediumTrust. I think it is a problem with the path being too long. I will attempt to reproduce this, in the meantime if you find out anymore details please let me know.

Sorry, it's working fine for me. Seeing as how the problem only occurs with the admin user, I'd say you to examine that user carefully. The error message seems to indicate a "path too long" error, which is a system.IO error. Perhaps you have a icon or avatar somehow associated with the admin that is causing a problem? Or some kind of signature? Whatever it is, it is likely an external file that is being referenced. I don't know the forums module well, so sorry if my answer isn't detailed, I'm just grasping at straws, and hoping maybe I thought of something that maybe you forgot to check. Good luck.

Anyone else getting this problem or can point me in the right direction? I tried changing the culture of the user but that didn't affect it - it only seems to happen with my main admin user???

The error only seems to happen when I'm logged in as Rod (administrator account) - other accounts seem to work? Can anyone help please?
