For those of you like me who have bought the ComponentArt menu (which I am very happy with), they actually have a DNN skin object (i think...i'm not quite sure what a skin object is actually): http://www.componentart.com/forums/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=42

You may have to be registered as a beta tester to see the forum. menu. I have been working on making DNN as cross-platform
friendly as possible since the SolPart menu is not very Mac
friendly. I was using CoolMenu which is great, but it doesn't
have the action menu replacement inside the modules which is what
crashes on Mac and old browsers. Oliver has been incredible with
the support for SmartLinks and I have found it to be the most important
purchase of my DNN business. I am slowly migrating all my sites
to use SmartLinks now. The control I have is incredible as
well. I can skin a very advanced nav system in less than a half
hour now which use to take a LOT longer. If you care about having
close to 99% of surfers to be able to use your site you should stick
with CoolMenu or SmartLinks. I've tested all others and they have
fallen short. HouseMenu is also very compatible, but until there
is a skinobject I can't use it as a menu replacement. Have
fun!

Well, this might have been true up until a couple days ago. Jon
has been working on making the solpart menu Mac IE 5.2.3, and Safari
compatible. Except for one little nit w/submenu borders and
w/main menu hover color (if you use a top-level different hover color
that is) overriding the normal top menu color for IE, solpart now works
fine in both 10.4 and 10.2 as I can attest. I believe Jon is
working on fixing those last 2 nits in the near future. Also, the
only nit w/safari is that the sub submenus vertical location appears to
be ignored...and Jon is aware of this nit also.

Besides that, solpart works fine for Mac now. I know, because
I've been working w/him to test it, and I'm a pretty anal-intensive
kind of tester. ;-) You can download the latest version from
Jon's website (v 1.6), though I don't know if he's updated the menu.js
file w/the latest fixes. You can emai him. He seems to be a
pretty nice dude...and I know he's taken a lot of hits about solpart
browser capability in the past, but those days are behind us now.
Re: Has anyone replaced the DNN Menu with another menu control?

FYI
