The module will disappear from the table after you perma-delete it via the Recycle Bin.

I've noticed from studying the database that the Modules table never deletes a module you've added, even if you've since deleted that module from the tab, and it's long since gone.  Two questions:
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
1. Why?  What's the point of keeping a record in the table that is of no use anymore?
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
2. What is the column in the Modules table that decides if a module is visible or not?  I can't seem to find it.
