This one is very good and is my choice after reviewing many of them.

To my opinion this book is meant to peoples who who already master well C#. Like LINQ it is very terse (about 300 pages) and does not waste a lot of pages on begginer stuff.

Re: LINQ advanced reference

Thanks this is all very helpful

and I just found another one which should be brought to attention:

LINQ Programming: Joe Mayo: Books

It covers less common area too ...

Re: LINQ advanced reference

These's are all good books on Linq

Linq in Action
manning
ISBN: 1933988169
http://www.manning.com/marguerie/

Pro Linq: Language Integrated Query in C# 2008
Apress
ISBN: 1-59059-789-3
http://www.apress.com/book/view/1590597893

Professional Linq
Wrox
ISBN: 978-0-470-04181-9
http://www.wrox.com/WileyCDA/WroxTitle/Professional-LINQ.productCd-0470041811.html

Also make sure you download and play with Linqpad
very good for learning. http://www.linqpad.net/

Hope it helps

Re: LINQ advanced reference

Refer below articles:

They have a bunch of books about LINQ. Check it out:

http://www.apress.com/book/search?searchterm=linq&act=search

For example "Pro LINQ Object Relational Mapping in C# 2008" focuses more on architecture using LINQ to SQL or LINQ to Entities (Entity Framework):

I'm using LINQ since a while, but I know I still have a lot to learn about it. However, most of books I browsed on the self (maybe only left over??) covering mainly beginner stuff I already know. I don't like the "For the Dummies" style...

I found that combined with object datasource, I can make using LINQ very neat architecture extremely flexible and I can acheive much more that what I could with SqlDatasource.

Could someone refer me a good book reference addressed to programmer already initiated to LINQ. About expanding LINQ, optimisations, ...and other stuff I should know about.

Any suggestion to share with the communauty?

Thanks
