Any idea how I can add a link on the player page to allow users click to open the video in their installed Windows Media Player client?

Do you want it to open in a small WMP window on the page or for it to open in the users WMP?

If the users WMP then this is simply a link to the WMP stream file. Else for an applet on page you generally use code as follows:

Hi,

I am new to video streaming but need helping figuring this one out. I would like to stream video from a .asp page. What I want is to provide the user a link. When the user clicks the link, the video should open up in Windows media player. How do I code this please? Thanks in advance
