I seriously doubt it. It's expensive for hosts to provide, so I doubt you'll find a free one.

so it depends on installing this ssl on the server and configuring it on the website

Well, you don't, really. The pages are exactly the same, they're just served over a different protocol. So, install an SSL cert on your server, enable SSL for the web site, and you'll be able to hit http://yoursite.com/Page.aspx as https://yoursite.Page.aspx

any body have an example about securing apage.
