Downloading large files is a cornerstone of the product I'm working on - many people are always doing it, and at the same time. As such, I want to make sure I have a solid architecture in place. Most of the issues I've heard about with TransmitFile were before ASP 2.0 so I'm wondering if 2.0 fixes them.

I'd also like the download to be resumable if it is interrupted.
