They finally answered that I should search for another provider for MySQL and can get refund for outstanding hosting time...

That's pretty bad :( Did you tried calling them on the number stated on their website? If it doesn't help, I think its time for you to move and save your business.

They have problems with MySQL again. It is not working for already 7 days.

Support responsed "we restarted the server, your site is running" but it didn't help. After that they simple ignored my mail.

I think ultima host are a waste of time. I am with them for 2 years but its the end now. No support at all. They take ages to resolve problems and server performance is just bad. Even in the new UK servers.

Browser cache is a wonderful thing. I have both threads saved locally... I've already started switching my sites over to a new host. I had one host in the past, who was terrible, but at least when they screwed up would punish themselves by rewarding their clients with free add-ons.

May be they are Gold Partners, professionals, etc.

But they removed all topics on their forum (http://forums.ultimahosts.net/) about this crash (5 day offline in total). Even the topic were Mr. Schiavetta posted news about this crash (I got the link per mail). And my topic, were other peoples reported the problem too.

I am afraid but it's very bad signal. I can't imagine a professional doing such things...

No these problems relate to Virtuozzo 3.5.1. We ditched Plesk a long long time ago for Dot Net Panel (the best thing we have ever done). In the future I think we are only going to be offering Virtuozzo 4.x with clustering failover to avoid this issue. No more cheap hosting. Well that policy changed quite awhile back but now we are really going to push it.

I have been with Ultima for nearly 2 years. There have been some problems, but until this weekend none too major. I've had enough though. They've had a box with my MySQL space that's been down for over 48 hours. I have 3 sites that are down as a result.
