When I try to log into IssueTracker as Admin it says it can't find resources .. if I log in as an admin account it sometimes works but at that point if I try to log into the website (GCN) as admin  I get (don't set to remember or you have to go in and delte the cookie)

Exception Details: System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Bad Data
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Now if I close out of both and then try again with the website all is well. It seems as there might be a problem with the cookie data between the two apps but I'm not sure on this.
