Big ISVs use it and love it. I hate it. I managed to overwrite my work and other stuff like that. My guess is that the best choice would be to keep SourceSafe on a server or unused computer. Don&amp;#39;t forget to CheckIn your work as often as you can.&lt;/p&gt;

Two work perfectly, more or less. One, on the other hand, rarely if ever can check in files that the others can access. Worse yet, the problematic computer can use a get latest (which is somewhat sketchy on all three machines, but works) to pave over all their work. Which, given that its&amp;#39; wiped out two of the last six days, is becoming rather an issue. We have long ago confirmed every setting we can in VS2005 and in VSS 8.0.50727... nothing appears to differ at all between the machines, and the two that worked have worked for at least 10 months in their current set up.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Any and all help that can be offered is very much appreciated, even its just a link to a SourceSafe forum I couldn&amp;#39;t find.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
