&lt;p&gt;Silverlight needs programming knowledge to be learned?&lt;br /&gt;I mean a graphic designer who is used to work on Golive and Flash (basic flash) can learn silverlight or he needs to know Dot Net as a&amp;nbsp; prerequisite.&lt;/p&gt;
