I believe the Expression Studio is the Best tool for Animations and desgin for the Silverlight , please for more questions and Inforamtions about Silverlight Desgin ,

Im trying to Implement Silverlight Animation,
Could U please advice me what designer is best for me to use
Is it my VS2008 or Expression Blend
