ASP.NET MVC Beta release comes with an explicit &quot;go-live&quot; license that allows you to deploy it in production environments <p>So the answer is <strong>YES</strong>, you can go-live with ASP.NET MVC Beta, but there is currently no PSS support for MVC Beta.</p> <p>Hope that helps.</p>
