ASP.NET MVC Beta release comes with an explicit &amp;quot;go-live&amp;quot; license that allows you to deploy it in production environments 
&lt;p&gt;So the answer is &lt;strong&gt;YES&lt;/strong&gt;, you can go-live with ASP.NET MVC Beta, but there is currently no PSS support for MVC Beta.&lt;/p&gt;
