&lt;p&gt;&amp;quot;The Visual Basic .net upgrade wizard is not installed on this computer&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What am i doing wrong or does this require using the a visual studio 2008 version?&lt;/p&gt;
