You can right click on the shortcut icon for VS2008, go to properties and in general tab click on advanced and then run as administrator. When I start debugging the project, IE sometimes (about 50% of the time) starts, but never connects to the site. I need to exit IE and restart (which does not always work).</p><p>I am developing on Windows 7 and using IIS with a virtual folder as the server for my project. I am running Visual Studio 2008 SP1.</p><p>Any ideas?<br /></p>
