Vsiaul Studio 2008 Package Load Failure

Hi guys, I'm getting a lot of "Package Load Failure" errors when starting up:

I've now uninstalled and reinstalled six seperate times following all Scott Guthrie's steps and removing every possible trace of previous betas from folders and registry.

I'm also finding none of the references load in any of the projects with warnings stating they cannot be found:
