Hi All,

I am using Ajax Tool Kit : Modal Popup Extender, It is working fine. But the problem is, i have a calendar Popup web user control in my project. Whenever i am calling the calendar popup control from Model Popup Extender panel it is not working. But the calandar popup is working fine in outside of the modal popup. Please help me to come out from this problem.

Basically No.

I was speaking to Ted for a while, he was looking into it for me. He needs to go to the Atlas guys as he thinks its a problem with the updatepanel rather than the popup control.

If i don here anything i will post back.

I have made the changes to the js file, rebuilt the project and now i dont get the error....however.
Now this line doesnt work....
PopupControlExtender1.Commit(txtStartDate, Calendar1.SelectedDate.ToShortDateString());

i have to do this...
txtStartDate.Text = Calendar1.SelectedDate.ToShortDateString();

which is no problem except i want to use it twice....so at present i have two calendar controls with seperate selection changes event handlers......

Any ideas???

I am having a similar problem after modifying the JS files are per your instructions on the previous post. Has there been a resolution to this issue?

I haven't been following this thread since Ted's taking care of it, but I'll note that the next release will have some changes to PopupControl that get it working with repeaters. Not sure if that'll help here, but you can try the latest sources from CodePlex if you're interested.

The following web page is designed to be a user interface where someone could insert delete or update infromation about the icons that are displayed as well as insert or delete the icons themselves. The problem seems to be that the icons are in an update panel and that causes the popupcontrolextender to fail after clicking on a button within the extender.

This forum seems to discuss a solution, but after applying the updates to the code I have not seen any changes in the output of the page. I still get the same errors. I have also built a similar page using a repeater instead of dynamic addition of the buttons, but it does not work either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I know that you don't have the database to run this, but I think that the problem is clear.

Yeah very confident i have made correct changes. I edited the js file, rebuild the project and added the new dll to my own project.
