Try placing this file manually, or reinstall by running 'aspnet_regiis -c'. </font></p> <p>This file exists in my installation so I don't know why&nbsp;it can't be found. When I tried running aspnet_regiis -c it couldn't be found. </p> <p>I get this error, for example, when I'm trying to edit collection properties of the language module. </p> <p>I'm running a brand new installation.
