&lt;p&gt;is it for remote machine or local machine. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;in case of local machine , create a new db and execute the sql scripts&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;in case of remote machine , i guess sql express is not supported and should be loaded on sql server and u can follow the steps of the hosting site for eg discountasp.com&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;you can attach the mdf file to your sql server itself.
