My overall goal is to have the datepicker set to default 30 days in advance and have the textbox populated initially with that date. Which I accomplished by the first code I put in, the problem I am having with that, is if a user selects a different date,
it automatically reverts back to the default date.
My response to Ken was simply because the textbox was not filled with the default date the way he had suggested using the datepicker.
