I am finding that I like Reporting Services but using the designer has some quirks that really bother me.  I tried looking for reference manuals on the designer but I am not having luck.  Something that can walk you through the screens and show you what the results can be.  Does anyone know of some good resource book(s) or online sites that specifically deal with the report designer and all the screens you can get into?

Some of the things I am trying to find:

1) In a matrix report, when you select subtotals, how can you format the output?  It totals the field like I expect but how can I make bold? Make negative numbers red? Add a line above the totals?

2) Matrix report, having two rows of subtotals - one for sums and one for counts?

3) Can I center a matrix report in the final output?

4) Can you modify bevel appearance of charts?

It's all nitpicky stuff I know but not easy to find answers.  Anybody find anything good out there that I have not found yet?
