Scenario A:  we start a thread, or reply to it, generally, we get an immediate notification.  no problem.

Scenario B:  we edit a post, it does not go to moderation; again, no problem.

Scenario C;  we edit a post, it may appear so we think it's okay; when we're not looking, it goes to moderation.*

Please and thank you, for any post/reply, if it goes to moderation, can we have an immediate e-mail notification?

Reason: that way we know that the system did not simply drop our post/reply; likewise, we also know that our post/reply was not deleted.
