No, their forums are dead. I haven't received a reply from posts for several weeks if at all. So, no that is not a good forum to ask questions as they are no help even when they do reply. the parent company also shuns you for asking for help for anything that the ehlp files wouldn't say. If you ask about customizing anything, they wash their hands of you and tell you there's no help available.

So, here, asp.net forums, is where I have always received help. So, take note. dnsf forums are terrible and their support staff is of no help other than for licensing issues, or 'out of the box' understanding of functionality.
