We've seen two problems with the patches in this security fix.
First off the fix for .net 1.1 (2656353) broke cross version authentication between 1.1 and 2.0 apps (similar to what happened with
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2433751). Once this was removed it began working again.
The second issue is that the fix for .net 3.5 SP1 (2657424) caused a server reboot to take between 30 and 60 minutes. Once removed, a reboot took just a few minutes.
