List has Count property, as you move the mouse on the list you should see it immediately, otherwise please open the plus sign you see when you move the mouse on the list, and lookg for the Count property, It should be greater than 0, if it is 0 then the
list is empty.
You can also save the value of the count property of the list into a var an then just move the mouse on that var to see its value wheb you are in debug.
