Jissa, I'm 99% sure that you can't control this; the user would have to make the change on their system. It's browser-dependant... if I were to change it for my IE on my system, I'd do it through file/page setup; there's a "&u&b&d" in the footer section (url, center code, date-short-format). I had tried this last year, so things might have changed... but I just did a quick search on the 'net, and it seems that this is still the case.
