I find myself extremely busy and need to find additional resources to help me develop a database driven web site in ASP.NET utilizing VB.NET language. I work full time in Air Traffic Control, own a side business and have been working on a technology project
for 2 years here in Southern California. I’m searching for a developer/ motivated partner to become my right hand man or female in the technology aspects of my project in return for ownership/ common stock of the Corporation. This individual will help me commercialize
the project and become the brains and nerve center behind it. I have a patent pending concept with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Recently I met with INTEL Corporation and have their support for the project. They are interested in seeing an
application and will start discussing venture funding once an application is presented. Searching for potential technology partners via the Internet could be very challenging. I’m looking for a performance-based relationship that would include milestones and
future compensations, as the project becomes successful. Hiring a programmer/ IT individual is such a gray area, as the success of the project truly lies in the application to achieve quality results. At the start of the project you can’t really decipher what
you are really dealing with and what you are going to get in return for your dollar investment. That’s why I stress a performance base environment. I plan on issuing equity/common stock in exchange for services in the short term and awarding an executive position
as funding is procured in the Venture community. Ideally, this developer would be an experienced ASP.NET developer using VB.NET, with VisualStudio.NET. It would be great if they a good understanding of SQL Server 2000, ADO.NET and developing dynamic data driven
web sites. If you are single, have no kids/dependents this could be a great opportunity to come to Southern California. If you want to work from your own premise this could be discussed also. Please contact me at evip@areun.com if you are interested. I am
looking to find someone fairly quickly, as I am eager to start generating revenue with the technology and procuring venture money. Sincerely, Ethan evip@areun.com
