I would use "The candidate" or "The ideal person" rather than "You" because it may not actually apply to the reader and sounds kind of commanding. Also I would say "gathering requirements" rather than "requirements gathering." It's a little wordy too, I always try to say what I need directly in the least amount of words but that's just my friendly suggestions! It's good and detailed!
