I am working on a usual Asp.net web site (not mobile site) and the client asked me to develop an application in which the users can enter their mobile number to download ring tones.

Can anyone please explain me how to do this? What all 3rd party things I needed? Is it a WAP push functionality? Will there be any difference in programming for different mobiles?
